Had my suv in about two years ago to have some body work done as a result of storm damage. Like many places, Parkville said they guaranteed their work, but I put that to the test when a small spot surfaced on the hood. I took it in to get the spot checked out not knowing what to expect. Luis was there to meet me and even remembered me (impressive!). He addressed my concerns without hesitation and said the work would be covered under the warranty. No side steps. No fine print. 100% covered. However, it was going to take about three days and this was my only vehicle. No problem there either as a rental car was provided at no cost. UNBELIEVABLE! What a relief! Especially now, you can’t really be certain about a company or business while things are going well. It’s only when things go sideways that you learn their true character. Now I can say with certainty and confidence that Parkville truly stands behind their reputation of quality workmanship!

Parkville Auto Body was a great experience all around. I got into an accident that wasn't my fault and my dealership recommended this shop. They were very responsive and quick to get me my estimate and repairs done. They worked with the other persons insurance company to get everything resolved. Luis and Nick helped me out and they were great to work with and very kind. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for any kind of auto work. Thank you for the great experience!!

Nick and the team at Parkville Autobody are nothing but exceptional. They are extremely polite transparent and professional. I brought in my car that has more sentimental value to me more than anything and they treated it with extreme care. Someone had backed into my tailgate and completely destroyed it and after being repaired, it’s even better than before! Thank you all so much for your hard work and quick turn around time! Hope to never have to go to a body shop for repairs again, but if I do then I will only go here! It’s hard to find a shop that you can fully trust and this is definitely the one!

I can’t explain how happy I am with the service at this place. Not only did they repair my car and make it look like brand new, but they also went above and beyond with the entire experience. My car was repaired the best way, it looks like nothing happened. And I got my car back after it was washed down inside and cleaned out outside I was told bcs of the paint. Really good service, I feel like my car was taken care of by very professional guys. Thanks a lot guys.
