I was involved in a car accident and recommended Parkville Auto Body by my insurance company.They took care of all the repairs related to the accident, and were also able to do paintless dent repair on a small unrelated dent on my vehicle. Unfortunately I got rear-ended and went to this location as a second opinion since the first place felt sketchy. I am so proud and grateful that I came to this shop because of their service. They were so attentive and as a customer I had no stresses while the car was getting worked on. They took care of everything like speaking to the insurance company and getting me a rental. When they returned my car, I couldn’t recognize it! It was definitely cleaner than the way I turned it in. Anyone who needs a job done 1000% come to this location!

I had an incredible experience with this auto body shop that surpassed my expectations. My rear passenger window shattered unexpectedly after I closed my driver door, and in the process, there was minor damage to the paint on my rear door panel and trim.They replaced the shattered window and the associated mechanisms, ensuring everything worked perfectly. They also replaced the damaged trim and did an absolutely flawless job painting over the scratches caused by the falling glass. The paint blends seamlessly with the rest of the car. They went above and beyond by fixing some of the door dings on that panel that weren’t related to the accident but really appreciate their attention to detail and customer care.The team also took extra time in cleaning out all the broken glass scattered throughout the car. They payed special attention to my niece’s booster seat, my dog’s bed and even the shoes that I had left in there. My communication with Louis, the manager, throughout the entire process was exceptional. They were also very accommodating of my hectic schedule and arranged a rental for me, which made the whole experience even smoother.On my way out they even handed me a box of cookies as a thank you when I picked up my car. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that really made my day. The level of customer service here is top-notch, and I can honestly say that I would recommend this auto body shop to anyone and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

Parkville Auto did a phenomenal job on my car and the customer service was great. Had to get my rear door replaced completely because of someone backing into it beyond repair. They also had to paint it to match the rest of my car and it looks brand new, can’t even tell that the door was replaced (prior to the damage)! Unfortunately I forgot to take a “before” photo for comparison.

My experience with Parkville was absolutely great, Nick was very prompt on updating me when the parts came in and estimate time of getting my front bumper fixed. He always communicated and also went above and beyond to accommodate my concerns. If anything else happens to my Mazda, I’d be running to them. HIGHLY recommend!!! Amazing team that did amazing work. Communication was wonderful! I received phone calls along with emails on the progress. They even took the time to wash my car. Shout out to Nick (the younger one) who was able to order all the necessary parts and complete the work within a short period. Can’t express my gratitude and appreciation enough. My experience with the Parkville staff was the best! I want to give a shoutout to Luis who was incredibly patient, honest, knowledgeable, and provided the best customer service every step of the way. I have never been treated with so much consideration at ANY other business! Ever since I spoke to him over the phone I knew I would choose Parkville over all of the other auto body shops that had already given me quotes. From the start he was very pleasant to speak with, listened attentively to my concerns, and answered every single one of my questions with transparency. He really took the time to explain the process that I would need to go through to repair my car before even knowing I would choose the service. That speaks volumes! Luis went above and beyond and was very detail oriented with all of the paperwork, the communication with State Farm, and getting me a rental car. He would always ensure that I was comfortable and understood everything that would be done with my car. I also really appreciate how he kept me updated during the week and worked so hard to get the job done fast in order to accommodate my timeline and needs. I would like to mention that every other autobody shop told me it would take 3 WEEKS to get the job done and Parkville got it done in 5 days!!! Overall everything went so smooth and I feel very grateful that Luis was the one who took care of me and happy with the work done (my Corolla looks brand new!!) This place is the real deal…they even vacuumed the inside of my car and went out of their way to fix some other scratches around my car! I will surely be recommending this gem of a place to everyone I know because they show their customers the one most important thing: that they truly care. THANK YOU!

There is little to complain about when it comes to Parkville. There is a gentlemen here by the name of Nick. He is charismatic and has wonderful customer service skills on top of his mechanical and auto body expertise.Parkville was the top tier of auto body repair shops I had researched prior to my car’s repair and upon learning that their hours open and availability for me to get my car into the shop asap, I was ready to have my car towed their way. Knock on wood, I would not pull back from saying that I would bring my car back to Parkville if I needed anything taken care of on my car for any auto badly repair needs in the future. If you have any needs at all when it comes to auto body repair, go to Parkville. They take great care and answer all your questions in detail. 😊

Parkville does absolutely amazing work! I highly recommend them! I had some gotten some deep scratches on my new 2022 Chevy Malibu, and they did an excellent job fixing it. When I picked up my car, it was beautiful and clean. They even cleaned the inside for me. I was very impressed with their service and staff. Reasonably priced for the work they did & the time they put into the job. (I had decided not to go through my insurance company.) I will definitely use Parkville again for any future auto body repairs I need.

I like their service. They're on top of their game. Even though my car was a total loss they help me out and explained to me the situation. It was a few weeks of missed calls, wrong times, etc. But overall they were very professionals. Joe was a big help. Hopefully I don't see them soon but if I got any body repair for my car I would definitely contact them.I have recommended the shop to a few colleagues at work they were asking for a shop. It's always nice to recommend people you know to such professionals.The only problem it's they only work Monday through Friday and some people don't got the time during the week to drop off or pick up. I think my only suggestion it's for them to offer a drop off/pick up service during Saturday atleast for a few hours.

Nick and the staff at Parkville were prompt and kept constant communication with me about the status of my car. I appreciated the attention to detail and how my car looked and felt brand new when I picked it up. It is everything you want in a repair service. The work is excellent and the price is reasonable. The people are wonderful to deal with. My insurance company promptly approved the work and subsequent add orders. I was given an approximate time when my car will be ready and it was ready within the range. Finally, the office is clean.

Nick and son lead a great operation. The product of their work was top notch as was their customer service. They are all around fantastic communicators and good humans. We were delighted with a few above and beyond perks too like vacuuming our car before returning it. They also accommodated our demanding schedule without making us feel like we were asking a lot (we were out of state getting work done). Highly recommend, even though Nick has a couple Penguins jerseys in his office...

Louis and Nick are your go to guys for everything auto damage related. They are very knowledgeable and have the best team! Seamless repairs on my Toyota and my Audi. Great value for price. Very personable and know who you are as soon as you call! Top notch work. Metalwork and paint blended perfectly and interior repairs made perfectly as well. Highly recommend!! Parkville Auto Body was so great to work with! I was in a small fender bender and took my Jeep in on a Monday and they got the repairs, testing and paint done in 4 days, which was way faster than the anticipated time frame. They communicated all updates with me and kept me in the loop on progress. Everyone in the front office was super kind and helpful too! I'm so happy I chose Parkville and I highly recommend!

Everyone here was very welcoming when I got there; to the plan, procedure, to the rental. I was impressed on how fast they fixed my dent on my car and replaced new tires when in quote "estimated" time is about 2 weeks. I appreciate everyone's hard work and keep making customers feel welcomed. It's tough out there right now so make sure anyone getting their car fixed here to be patient because you'll have a car looking brand new! Thank you staff!

Body damage was done, took it in for repair at Parkville auto body, did An amazing job will definitely recommend and hopefully will not have to go back but if I do I would definitely get all my work done there. Everyone of the staff is very professional and friendly! They’re very honest with how long they’ll be spending on working with my car and we’re very quick! They also communicated everything to my husband and I the entire time they had my car about what’s going on with it and what they were going to do to fix it. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely be using them again in the future!

Wow! Where to begin. The service is outstanding and their work is impeccable. I took my brand new 2020 Hyundai in because it was hit by a car door and had a nice scratch down the passenger door. The Hyundai dealer wanted $2,200 to fix it! Alex quoted me a price that was fair and reasonable and the finished product was perfect. Thanks Parkville Auto!

Best shop I’ve ever been to. Got rear ended 2 weeks after getting a new car. Was completely torn after this happened - thinking there’s no way my car will look like new again....I was mistaken!!! I dealt with Alex during my repairs and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service! They were extremely professional and kept me updated step by step. As far as the repair goes...the results will speak for themselves!!! Highly recommend checking this place out for anything body related. I will definitely be back!!
