I was rear ended, Luis Caballero was able to get me into the shop quickly. He was very communicative during the entire repair and kept me updated. I was very satisfied with my repair process with parkville auto body. They did a great job with the paint job, and fitting the new rear bumper. The car looks like new. I highly recommend parkville auto body and would not consider taking my vehicle anywhere else for body work. Luis Caballero gave me a box of cookies and a calendar as a parting gift, he went above and beyond with his customer service.
