Parkville Auto Body was a great experience all around. I got into an accident that wasn't my fault and my dealership recommended this shop. They were very responsive and quick to get me my estimate and repairs done. They worked with the other persons insurance company to get everything resolved. Nick and the team at Parkville Autobody are nothing but exceptional. They are extremely polite transparent and professional. I brought in my car that has more sentimental value to me more than anything and they treated it with extreme care. Someone had backed into my tailgate and completely destroyed it and after being repaired, it’s even better than before! Thank you all so much for your hard work and quick turn around time! Hope to never have to go to a body shop for repairs again, but if I do then I will only go here! It’s hard to find a shop that you can fully trust and this is definitely the one!

I can’t explain how happy I am with the service at this place. Not only did they repair my car and make it look like brand new, but they also went above and beyond with the entire experience. Took my car to this place based on insurance coverage. I have absolutely no regrets whatsoever! Luis fixed my car back to its original state prior to being damaged in a rear end collision. I was rear ended, Luis Caballero was able to get me into the shop quickly. He was very communicative during the entire repair and kept me updated. I was very satisfied with my repair process with parkville auto body. They did a great job with the paint job, and fitting the new rear bumper. The car looks like new. I highly recommend parkville auto body and would not consider taking my vehicle anywhere else for body work. Luis Caballero gave me a box of cookies and a calendar as a parting gift, he went above and beyond with his customer service.
